Str8ts offers a refreshing take on number puzzles as an alternative to the well-known Sudoku. With straightforward rules and addictive gameplay, Str8ts stands out for its depth and variety. The game challenges players to explore multiple solving techniques across different difficulty levels.
Similar to Sudoku, the objective is to place numbers uniquely in each row and column. However, Str8ts introduces a new twist with dark blue cells that divide the grid into compartments, resembling a poker hand mechanic. Players must arrange numbers in a 'straight' sequence, like 5, 6, 7, and 8, within these compartments, creating an engaging puzzle experience. Clues provided ensure a unique solution and guide players through the challenge.
The app boasts smart functionality, user-friendly controls, helpful tutorials, captivating graphics, and an extensive collection of puzzles. Notably, all puzzles were crafted by Andrew Stuart, known for his contributions to global newspapers.
